Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for either a store credit or exchange.


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, once the returned item(s) are accepted we will post your preferred product. You (the customer) will be required to pay the postage fees returning the item/items back to us (Modessa Activewear). We (Modessa Activewear) will then cover the postage costs sending the new item/items back to you.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. 

To start a exchange contact us as soon as possible via email at modessa.active@gmail.com and follow all instructions provided to you via email to ensure a successful return. Items sent back without following all of the instructions will not be accepted.

Please note, your requested exchange item may not be in stock at the time of your return however we do endeavor to ensure this is not the case.

If we do not have stock of your requested item when we process your return, you will be provided with a store credit to the value of your returned item instead (taking into account applicable discounts used).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify anything as soon as possible.

Any items deemed faulty within a 30 day period can be returned. Any issues that arise outside of this time period are considered wear and tear and as a result cannot be returned.

How to reduce wear and tear:

  • Make sure you consider the washing instructions to ensure your clothing is long lasting.
  • Treat your gym wear with care.
  • Make sure you have the correct sizing to reduce the risk of damage.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift Cards/Store Credits
  • Socks
  • Hats
  • Clearance Items

Refunds / store credit

Refunds are ONLY given if an item is deemed to be faulty/damaged.

We do not provide refunds on items that do not fit or due to a  change of mind. However a store credit or an exchange can be issued upon return of the goods in their original condition. 

Goods deemed faulty will need to be returned to us (Modessa Activewear) before we can issue a refund.

We (Modessa Activewear) will not be held accountable for any missing or damaged returns in transit to our location.

For refunds we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your refund to be processed through the banking system.


Shipping

We (Modessa Activewear) WILL NOT be held accountable for missing parcels. This includes parcels which are missing due to an incorrectly provided shipping address.
